These are the terms you're agreeing to when you book and pay for a Tasqo service. They're written in plain English on purpose.
Tasqo is a trading name of Keson Limited, company number 16228070, registered in England and Wales. When you book with Tasqo, your contract is with Keson Limited.
When you book a Tasqo service online, the price shown at checkout is what you pay, including any bundle discount for booking more than one service together. If the job turns out to be different from what was described when you booked (for example, significantly more waste than described, or access that wasn't mentioned), we'll always tell you before doing any extra work, and agree a revised price with you first.
Payment is taken securely online at the time of booking. Tasqo does not see or store your card details — they're handled directly by our payment processor, which is PCI-compliant and used by millions of UK businesses. We accept card payment, Google Pay and Revolut Pay.
If you booked online, you have 14 days from the day you book to cancel, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, contact us using the details in section 8.
If your booking is for a date within those 14 days, ticking the box at checkout confirming you'd like the service to go ahead sooner means you're asking us to start before the 14 days are up — once the service has been fully carried out, you lose the right to cancel it, even though the 14 days hasn't finished yet. If you cancel before the job starts, you'll get a full refund.
Each service page on tasqo.co.uk sets out clearly what's included and, for waste and clearance jobs, what items we can't collect (hazardous, flammable or restricted items — see the relevant service page for the exact list). We don't take on jobs involving gas work, notifiable electrical work, or asbestos removal, and we don't move pianos, safes or similarly specialist items without agreeing this with you in advance.
We carry public liability insurance and take photos before starting any job as standard practice. If something is damaged as a direct result of our negligence during a job, tell us as soon as possible so we can put it right through our insurance. Items of significant value should be declared before the job starts. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
For any job involving the removal of waste, Tasqo (trading name of Keson Limited) is a registered Upper Tier waste carrier, broker and dealer with the Environment Agency, licence number CBDU654919, valid until 24 August 2029. A waste transfer note is provided for every waste job, as required by law.
