Yes. Every cleaner is DBS checked before their first booking, and every clean is covered by our insurance, so you're protected if anything is damaged on the day.

Yes. On weekly, fortnightly and monthly bookings we do our best to send the same cleaner each visit, so they get to know your home and how you like things done.

You can cancel or move a booking up to 24 hours before your clean with no charge. Cancelling later than that may carry a small fee, since your cleaner's slot has already been held for you.

Yes. Switch to Corporate / Office at the top of the configurator above for hourly office cleaning (one-off, weekly, 3×/week, daily or twice-daily, all with a 2 hour minimum per visit) or a one-off intensive clean priced by office size. Offices over 5,000 sq ft are quoted individually, just leave your details and we'll call you.

Regular cleans have a 2 hour minimum per visit. Deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans are priced as a fixed job for your property size rather than by the hour, so there's no separate minimum to think about.
